  So, I'm hoping someone else will know a smarter way to do this ...

   

  When I do pencil tests, I scan my paper en masse and convert each sheet into a jpg. I've been then converting the jpgs to layers in Photoshop - and from layers to frames. It's pretty imprerfect, and requires a lot of tweaking for proper placement. Is there a quicker way to do this that I don't know about?

  You have a peg bar right? You could photograph them instead and they are aligned all the time.

   

  I've never scanned images but I'm sure it's possible. Look online for tutorials, because I'm sure people do it.
