Pencil!

So I just downloaded Pencil, a free and open source 2d animation program. I've been playing with it for an hour or so and I LOVE IT! It's simple and intuitive with a nice clean UI. I don't think it has any filters or effects or anything fancy, but for the price it's great.

Somebody mentioned the existance of this site to me a couple months ago and I've just now got around to checking it out. There's something cool about a social networking site that's so small. It's also neat to have a place to post art that isn't Deviant Art.   Blah blah blah. So I'm currently in class 3 at Animation Mentore ...
