I would suggest talking with admissions and other students in the department. I am applying to CA, but I think they are looking for more concept and ideas for Experimental Animation than actual technical skills. Your work is really good don't get me wrong, but lacks imagination to me. It's just really straight foreward.
Also, when I went to visit campus, they mentioned emphasis on the artist statement for the that department to explain your work. Good luck!
