Ask friends to pose on couch or chair and pay them if they want, lol. Just search around for options. For books, there are a ton, but ones that i have are Walt Stanchfields, Drawn To Life. Also Mike Mattesi, Force: Dynamic Life Drawing for Animators. Those are very helpful and give great advice and tips on how to view and approach life drawing and observational drawing.

Do you have any advice for someone who does not have the option of taking any life drawing classes?

I've been severly limited in my art opitons because let's just say when it comes to art I have little support when it comes to family.

However,

I am really taking this calarts seriously because I really want to do animation. Do you suggest any books or anything I can use to start my drawings? I've done gesture drawings before when I took this art class as an elective in college and I really enjoyed it. :D
